Is HaulTracker really offline?
Yes — your last 500 loads, all drivers/clients/templates are cached in the browser via IndexedDB. Writes you make offline are queued and replayed with exponential backoff the moment you reconnect.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but you keep full access until the period ends.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business account?
No. HaulTracker generates a wa.me deep link that opens your installed WhatsApp app with the pre-filled message. Works with personal or business WhatsApp.
How is my data protected?
Multi-tenant isolation by broker id, AES-256-GCM phone encryption at rest, JWT in HttpOnly cookies, CSRF double-submit, rate limiting. Razorpay handles all payment data.
Does it work for non-Indian brokers?
The core works anywhere, but pricing and Razorpay are India-only for now. Reach out at sales@haultracker.app if you need a different setup.
